Our programs

We thrive in assisting learners, and Adults to make sense of science that shapes our lives and triggers the spark that ignites the young minds to love and want to study Mathematics, Science, and Technology. The need to inspire young minds to change the world through science has never been stronger. TechnoAfrika support schools and the community through the following programs:

1. mOBILE SCIENCE lab

WHAT IS THIS INTERVENTION?

This program is TechnoAfrika Discovery Centre on wheels! We use this program to bring Science and Technology to our schools. The Program offers three main activities; Hands-on Science Practical Support, Science Shows and Robotics and Coding Support.

WHY THIS INTERVENTION MATTERS

About 92% of our schools does not have Science Labs, few have ICT Labs and Technology Workshops and about 8% has Robotics. Makerspaces. TechnoAfrika helps in bridging this gap by providing interactive and hands-on Science. Our goal is to inspire and ignite a love for Science in our Learners, through engaging, exciting and fun activities and learning experience. We believe that the Mobile Science Centre is the most cost-effective intervention of reaching out to learners, teachers and schools.

WHO IS OUR TARGET AUDIENCE OR BENEFICIARY?

Primary School learners and Secondary School Learners and Teachers. We have activities that are suitable for Children and Adults. to

2. stem clubS SUPPORT

WHAT IS THIS INTERVENTION?

This is an Intervention to support the Network of STEM Clubs and Robotics Clubs in Middelburg and in Nkangala District. We help in the establishment of After School STEM or Robotics and Supporting them with resources as well as training and Mentoring to ensure success.

WHY THIS INTERVENTION MATTERS?

There is a great need to prepare our children into future Stem careers and STEM Technocrats, Problem solvers, Engineers and critical thinkers and researchers through practical- oriented environments, STEM clubs in schools or educational institutes are a great answer to close this gap. These are vital innovation hubs to supplement what they learn in schools, skills that bridge the gap between school and industry and real life. Our Program's role is assisting in the establishments of these Clubs and assist also in the capacitating of the hubs and providing training to coaches, mentors and leaders of these STEM Clubs.

WHO IS THE TARGET AUDIENCE OR BENEFICIARY
