TechnoAfrika goal is in line with 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development is working towards United Nation’s Sustainable Goals; Goal #4 – Quality Education. TechnoAfrika believes the world would be a better place if all young people are empowered through STEM support.

Limited access to educational excellence and innovation narrows the life chances of young people in many countries, most notably in Africa. TechnoAfrika want to help unlock the potential of young people by working with governments, ministries of education, and other educational experts to help provide STEM support.

The organisation believes that the provision of good health and the safety of everyone is a basic right, yet it must be acknowledged that education is also a basic human right. Despite lack of resources, there is a need to innovate and

adapt so as to transform education in Africa.

TechnoAfrika aim to empower and inspire the next generation of youths to fulfil their potential using technology. By providing digital learning platforms for children in these communities they can open a whole new world of information and help the youth of tomorrow fulfil their potential.

The technology was donated for the following purpose;

• To provide teaching and learning for TechnoAfrika’s Science & Technology Club (Junior TechnoCrats Club),
• For their Mobile Science and Technology program.
• Computer Skills development for the Community
• Enterprise development for small scale business people, NPOs and other community projects, empowering them on digital literacy.
• For Administration of their programs and content development
• For establishing a Studio for their online teaching

These computers were donated to promote STEM education in schools and disadvantaged communities, during the official Handover of the computers the TechnoAfrika Board Secretary said;

We aim to foster for a vibrant, inclusive, and empowered education system and society. We want to be a catalyst for change in education that will help Africa to fight poverty and building sustainable communities with thriving economies.

We Believe that; Africa needs educated, skilled and literate citizens that will help fight poverty and grow sustainable communities we also have a responsibility to develop a community of young people that believe there is a future for science in South Africa and on the continent‚” President Cyril Ramaphosa

Our aim is to change this landscape and support public schools in their journey to become excellent and provide high quality education. We have projects that are tailor made to provide practical exposure to Science and technology and STEM support.  We want to help nurture our children in preparation for the 4^th Industrial revolution.

The Junior TechnoCrats Club is a Junior Leadership program that concentrate in mentoring children into future Technocrats, problem solvers, Entrepreneurs, Business Leaders, Engineers, and future leaders. It is an after-school practical-oriented program that mentors children from grade 4 to grade 8. 

The Junior TechnoCrats project focuses on hands-on, practical basic training, Life Skills training, Science, Technology, coding, Leadership, financial intelligence and entrepreneurship.  Most of the learning

process is conducted through technology. Our Program is designed to prepare the children for the 4^th Industrial Revolution

The program is meant to promote problem solving skill, creativity, innovation, and critical thinking skills enabling our youth to plan and prepare for an intensive academic path and workplace.  This is done through a grass-roots collaboration with the Department of Education, the SDA Church Education Department and long-term partnerships with effective and forward-thinking schools and the business community.
